Semi-Private Small Group Training
Our unique approach to semi-private small group training provides individual attention without losing the benefits of a social community and competitive group atmosphere. You set your schedule joining any of the sessions open each week at various times across every day except Sunday. Our trainers develop the customized programs so that whenever you join us, you can build up week by week and month by month ahead. Groups are limited to six members maximum.

Once you register an account and submit payment, you will be able to sign up for an upcoming session. Keep in mind, sessions reopen each Sunday for the rest of the week, so if the next few days in the calendar are booked, you can check again Sunday and see openings throughout the week.
What should I bring to a Semi-Private Group Training session?
Simple! Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a notebook and pen to keep track of the weights you lift across each exercise. Our gym has all required equipment for our trainings, and we have a bathroom if you need to change before working out. Just remember to give yourself adequate time before your session.

Absolutely! Our Semi-Private Group Training sessions are tailored to accommodate all fitness levels, including beginners. Our trainers will help you set achievable fitness goals, teach you proper form and technique, and guide you through each workout to ensure you feel comfortable and confident.
